All housing developments like The Willows HOA are required by Virginia Law to keep common ares safe and properly maintained for the good of the community. A tool used to help assess long term maintenance needs and potential cost to homeowners is a "Reserve Study." The Reserve Study looks at only those items within the community that are common areas and that will require upkeep at some point in time.
